Delivery & Returns

We at Home Hero want your new kitchen accessories to be your ideal partner when creating your next great meal. However, if for some reason you feel like you need to return an item to us, please keep in mind the following:

Standard Return Policy:

We ship all of our products to you via Amazon and so any returns will come back to us via Amazon too. In order to return your order back to us, you will need to request an RMA number (Returns Authorization number) by contacting us on:

Please contact us for an RMA number within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. In addition, please note that only items purchased directly from the HomeHero Kitchen store can be returned back to us.

Any HomeHero Kitchen products purchased through other retailers must be returned following their respective returns and refunds policy. Please ensure that the item you’re returning is repackaged with all the cords, accessories and documentation that were included when you first received it.

Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will issue you with a refund back to the payment method you used to place the order and contact you via email to let you know.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect back into your account. If your item is not working as it should, we may ask you to provide videos/images so we can troubleshoot the issue for you. If your product appears to be faulty, we will offer you either a full refund or replacement.
