Horrible Customer Service - Don't Buy

My family accidentally ordered two of these products. We tried to cancel one through the only communications method they provided, an email, on their website. They ignored multiple emails and shipped both to us. The box contained a number to text to report any issues. When I tried to text it, it bounced back but fortunately the message contained a different email address and I used it. They finally responded and sent me a return label. However, I had to pay for the return of the pots and pans. It cost me $105 to send it back. I will never buy anything more from this company. Their pots and pans may be good but their customer service and culture is horrific.

it made my wife super happy

She never had a good set of cookware until now. She love cooking and baking with them. With the nonstick its easy for me to clean up after a good meal cook. Can't wait to use them all, with 23 pieces its hard to cook and bake all that food.

Doesn�t last more than a month

Love the set however we have had this set for just over a month and we use oil on the on lightly to avoid sticking as well but even doing so and washing by hand after words with mild dish soap and they special cleaning sponges the set cane with this is what�s happening very disappointed

These are the best non sticking pots and pans that I have ever had.

I love the fact that I can take my pans right from the top of the oven and finish cooking on the inside without transferring food.

This is one good-looking knife set, and the knives work very well. The thin design of the holder doesn't take up a lot of space, yet keeps your knives very handy. If you're short on counter space, but don't want to rummage through a drawer to find a knife, this set is perfect. It looks great on our predominantly black granite counters against the tan stone backsplash. I would definitely buy this product again!

Purchased these knives about a week ago and so far I’m pleased with their performance. I’ve used them to cut steak, tomatoes, onion, zucchini etc and I really like how the cut vegetables the best. It leaves a clean slice through the tomato without crushing it. I’ve washed them in the dishwasher once so far and they look good. As I’ve mentioned I’ve only had them a week so I will update if anything changes but overall I would recommend these for the price. Plus the all black blade and handle looks nice in my kitchen.

My husband and I love this set of knives. Not only are the blades sharp yet easy to clean but the stand itself is unique and I don't mind it sitting on the counter in sight even if the knives aren't in use. The stand is made of a clear acrylic that holds each knife in a sort of fan-shaped pattern. Its very different from the traditional wooden block (I didn't notice that the picture is how they look in the stand; at first glance, I just thought it was how they were photographed). The blade sharpener and knuckle guard were icing on the cake!
